Our mushrooms are blended here by us in specific combinations that we have created. Our proprietary blends are are made for different needs.
Our mushrooms come in fine powder form for easy use in drinks and food. They do not dissolve completely in some liquids, so be prepared for some Shroomy chunks! Extraction is ultimate for Polysaccharides and BetaGlucans but take out a lot of minerals and other mushroom goodness. We mix a bit of the straight mushrooms in to supplement the extracted goodness.
The blends are pure mushrooms with no fillers or additives. Hot water extraction with no alcohol.

All mushrooms contain Polysaccharides and are good for the immune system. Polysaccharides have shown to have immuno-stimulating and anti-tumor properties. Besides anti-tumor and immune enhancing effects of polysaccharides in mushrooms, research has also shown polysaccharides to have antibiotic and antiviral properties.
Dosage is personal. A good start is a 1/4 teaspoon per day. Increase to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily or a 1/2 teaspoon once a day after a week or more. Or start with the higher dosage if you have chronic health issues or are warding off an illness. Increase if you feel to. The whens and hows are also flexible. We start our day with a MamaZing Kombucha mixed with a mushroom blend. We may have another later in the day or the evening. If we need a pick up or are feeling off balance, we have some mushrooms. Studies have shown there is not an “overdose” amount, but best to start with less and let the body adjust to the new information and nutrition from the mushrooms.
We also put our mushrooms in our food while cooking (they are not heat sensitive), our hot Cacao drinks and smoothies. If you like the taste of Mushrooms, a sprinkle on food is a delicious SeasonZing! If you are not so fond of the taste, pop it in a Kombucha, hot drink, or smoothie. We find it activates the polysaccharides even more in Kombucha. Watch the alchemical magic happens when they froth up! (Some mushrooms froth more than others.)
